My guest and I arrived after 4:00 for our spa getaway and were told our room was not available. The luggage drop off and pick up is great. so many extras that you do not get at the other lodging sites at TS. The turn down service, the Beekman products, the chocolates at the check in, the outdoor bonfires, the coffee by Wildflowers in the morning. Security and/or Housekeeping did make the rounds to check the pool, which is appreciated. At first, we got very lost as we navigated the corridors, but quickly we learned our way. The balcony was the best part of the stay. I sat on the balcony at least a dozen times during our two night stay. It felt like being at a lodge in the woods of the Adirondack Mountains. Our room faced west, and the balcony looked out at trees. This was our first overnight at the Lodge. We have stayed and played at Turning Stone for 23 years.
